GNU/Linux is known to run on the following systems:

    • Enterprise 1
    • Enterprise 2
    • Enterprise 150
    • Enterprise 3000
    • Enterprise 3500
    • Enterprise 4000
    • Enterprise 4500
    • Enterprise 5000
    • Enterprise 6000
    • Enterprise 6500
    • Enterprise 10000 (up to 64 CPUs can be fitted in this server. It is nicknamed StarFire). More information about running a 2.6.x GNU/Linux kernel on an E10k can be found on this page: http://people.debian.org/~fabbione/e10k/debian_on_e10k.txt
    As far as I know, Linux on these systems have been tested with up to 24 CPUs
